1. Sign Media Canada is inviting sign companies across the country to enter the 11th annual National Sign Competition. Each year, the competition recognizes the greatest achievements in Canadian sign design and construction.

2. Digital screen manufacturer Nanov Display has installed a new customized, outdoor-durable 1.4-m (55-in.) double-sided liquid crystal display (LCD) in landscape mode at Sheridan College’s Hazel McCallion Campus in Oakville, Ont. (Mar. 17 daily news item)
