New holiday decor brightens Canadian malls

For the holiday retail season, Cadillac Fairview (CF) has introduced new, festive decor elements to its 20 shopping centres across the country, including oversized floor pieces and, reportedly, Canada’s first interactive kinetic light sculpture.

Cadillac Fairview (CF) recently encouraged people passing by Toronto’s Eaton Centre to take ‘selfie’ photos and upload them with the hashtag #TorontoStyle, then showcased them on the shopping mall’s new 753-m2 (8,100-sf) digital billboard.

Retail design goes digital for latest Jays Shop

Having worked closely with the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team on multiple initiatives over the years, local design firm Shikatani Lacroix recently configured an array of digital signage for the new flagship Jays Shop in Toronto’s Eaton Centre.
