AI and innovation take centre stage at PRINTING United Expo 2025

PRINTING United Expo 2025, held October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., wrapped up with record-breaking attendance, a bustling show floor, and a major focus on artificial intelligence (AI) transforming the printing industry. The annual event, produced by PRINTING United Alliance, attracted more than 30,000 registered attendees from 104 countries and featured 838 exhibitors across commercial, packaging, apparel, industrial, in-plant, and wide-format printing.
From hands-on training and product demos to education sessions and tech tours, AI-driven solutions dominated conversations and presentations, highlighting the growing role of automation, machine learning, and data-driven strategies in print. PRINTING AI Pavilion (Booth 4255) hosted multiple sessions, including A Quick Guide to AI Strategies for Print, Adobe Print Experience, and Stop Chasing Better, Start Owning Different With AI, drawing crowds eager to explore AI’s practical applications for sales, workflow, and innovation.
“The Expo embodied the convergence of every market under one roof — and the innovation our industry thrives on,” said Chris Curran, group president, media and events. “From AI to automation and sustainability, every corner of the show floor was power-packed with solutions driving print forward. We’re already looking ahead to 2026, where the show floor is already 65 per cent sold to date.”
