1. Stingray, a Montreal-based provider of digital signage and related media, has brought the city’s former mayor, Denis Coderre, on-board as a special advisor for business strategies and international development.
2. LogoJet has donated a UV2400 ultraviolet-curing (UV-curing) light-emitting diode (LED) direct-to-substrate model printer to the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) for testing and educational purposes.
3. Creative design and printing firm Gamut Media recently completed a series of 17 wide-format murals to decorate and personalize the walls and other features of rapper Snoop Dogg’s private compound near Los Angeles, Calif.
4. Mattatall Signs, a nearly 40-year-old sign fabrication company in Dartmouth, N.S., has announced a transition in business ownership and management as its founder and current president, Bob Mattatall, moves into semi-retirement.
