Jeff Klaas has joined visual display technology manufacturer Christie Digital Systems as vice-president (VP) of its business products division, which includes digital projectors and a diverse variety of other platforms.

Reporting to president and chief operating officer (COO) Jack Kline, Klaas will support each of Christie’s key geographic markets in increasing their sales and business relationships. His experience in the industry includes contributions as general manager (GM) of screen manufacturer ViewSonic and CEO of distributor IAVI.

Klaas has also worked with HP, Entropic Communications and Weyerhauser. Most recently, he was senior VP (SVP) of worldwide sales for SRS, which licenses software in the audio and voice post-processing market.
