Substrate exec ready to prove his fibre

Chris McInerney, former president and CEO of substrate developer InteliCoat Technologies, has been appointed senior vice-president (SVP) of sales for FiberMark, which manufactures cellulose and synthetic fibre-based print media.

McInerney has 25 years’ experience in the digital wide-format printing industry. Before his tenure with InteliCoat (which was recently purchased by ExoPack Advanced Coatings), he served as president and CEO of Sign Supply USA and the sign and wide-format imaging business unit manager for DAF Products. He joins FiberMark just as it is bringing durable substrates, free of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), to the wide-format sector.

“I am eager to bring my expertise and contribute to the success of a company that has a unique offering for print media,” he says.
