Registrations are now open for the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Leadership Conference, the premier event for emerging leaders in the Canadian sign industry. ND Graphics will sponsor the members-only, multi-day leadership conference, which aims inspire the next generation of sign industry professionals to step into leadership roles—within their companies, the association, and the industry.

Organizers will hold this year’s conference in conjunction with Sign Experience Canada 2025, in Niagara Falls, Ont., from October 1 to October 3. It offers young professionals the opportunity to connect with like-minded industry peers, gain valuable industry insights, and explore pathways to leadership.

This year’s conference will include an interactive assessment session with Satori Consulting and a bonus appearance by legendary storyteller Terry O’Reilly. The keynote speech by Fahd Alhattab will challenge traditional leadership ideas and reveal how anyone can spark change and drive team success.

Participants can also enjoy behind-the-scenes Signature Sign and Image tours and the historic Mackenzie Printery, an opening reception at the Niagara Power Station, and plenty of opportunities to network with peers from across the country.

The YPN Conference presents an opportunity for those looking to grow within their company or take on a greater role in the industry. Professionals in the first half of their sign industry career and working for a SAC member company will benefit from the conference.
