Registration is open for PRINTING United Expo 2026, scheduled for September 23–25, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev. PRINTING United Alliance organizes the event.

The expo brings together segments of the printing industry, including commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels and packaging, mailing, in-plant, and industrial production.

Organizers report the show floor is more than 90 per cent sold, with nearly 650 exhibitors expected to present equipment, software, and production solutions. A redesigned website and updated digital planning tools are being introduced to help attendees review exhibitors and schedule visits in advance.

This year at the show:

  • The Opening Night Party on September 23 will mark the start of the event.
  • Education sessions that focus on automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), workflow management, sustainability, and business operations.
  • Hands-on areas such as apparel production, print-on-demand, and roundtable discussions.
  • Expanded programming on AI will cover evaluation and implementation across print workflows.
  • The Expo All-Stars program returns to provide guided pathways and peer-led insights on the show floor.
  • Student Day, which will connect students with exhibitors and highlight internship and career pathways in print.
  • Media Day on September 22, offering exhibitor briefings and networking ahead of the show.

The event continues to position itself as a central meeting point for the global printing community and will add co-located meetings and industry partnerships ahead of the show. Josh Carruth, EVP, Expositions at PRINTING United Alliance, said the expo continues to raise the bar as the industry evolves, “growing in both scale and impact each year.” He added, “We are delivering far more than a traditional trade show. This is where the industry comes to see what’s next, make meaningful connections, and drive business forward.”
