GMG, which develops colour management software for wide-format graphic production and other printing sectors, has promoted Joe Varone to president and Paulo Monteiro to vice-president (VP) of sales for the Americas.
Varone previously developed GMG’s sales organization for the region and undertook general management responsibilities. In his new role, he will oversee all corporate departments and concentrate on strategic initiatives.
Monteiro has been a GMG executive for nearly 10 years, most recently serving as business director for Latin America. He is now responsible for increasing the company’s geographical coverage both within Central and South America and throughout Canada and the U.S.
