Digital Printing - Inkjet printers
The SpyderX is a wide-format, six-colour-plus-white flatbed and roll-to-roll (RTR) ultraviolet-curing (UV-curing) inkjet printer from Fujifilm and Inca Digital.
The robust 3.2-m (126-in.) wide SpyderX, integrated with Fujifilm Dimatix printheads and Uvijet ink, is available as
either a flatbed or a combination flatbed and R2R model for
handling rigid and flexible substrates.
This powerful and
versatile printer is capable of producing a wide variety of applications. The SpyderX
delivers speeds up to 230 m² (2,476 sf) per hour and sharp, pinpoint accuracy. The
optional RTR system turns it into a hybrid device, allowing prints to
be produced on anything from thin films to vinyl banners to thick rigid sheets.
Additional features include: light cyan and light magenta as standard inks for smooth tones and gradients; high-quality flatbed output of up to 30 1.5 x 3-m(5 x 10-ft) panels per hour; and a six-zone vacuum bed.
The SpyderX was specifically
developed for print service providers (PSPs) looking to
upgrade from legacy printers to a new generation of press. With output quality at high speeds and text
as fine as four-point, the SpyderX offers the perfect cost-effective solution for companies
printing small- or large-format graphics.
