Palboard 3D combines two ultra-smooth surfaces of solid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a black or white dense foam core. Its uniform surfaces are bright white allowing for the most vibrant colour reproduction. Palboard 3D is significantly lighter weight than aluminum composite panels and wood, allowing printers and fabricators to easily transport and assemble signage and displays—and cut shipping and labour costs. Palboard 3D is easily printed, handled, cut, and routed using standard flatbed printers and computer numerical control (CNC) routers. It can be V-grooved and cold-bent up to 90 degrees into innovative shapes and displays without the use of glue, screws, or velcro. Displays and other 3D structures can ship flat and be easily assembled and disassembled on-site. These benefits, combined with its fire and chemical resistance make it an ideal substrate for retail signs and 3D structures; point-of-purchase (POP) displays; exhibits; fabricated parts; routed letters; and advertising signs. Printers and advertisers will also benefit from the durability and flexibility of Palboard 2D. The multi-layer sheet features a white, solid PVC layer on one side with black foam PVC on the other. It is ideal for signage requiring an attractive black back and edges.
