PATTISON Outdoor awards $1M DEI media grant to nine organizations

PATTISON Outdoor Advertising has announced the continuation of its Elevating Voices Media Grant for the third consecutive year, awarding up to $1 million in out-of-home (OOH) media space to non-profit and charitable organizations across Canada.
National recipients:
- Black North Initiative (BNI): Focuses on closing the gaps created by systemic anti-Black racism for Black Canadians.
- Blk Women In Excellence Society (BWIE): Empowers and supports Black women and Black female youth through mentorship, resources, and community engagement.
- Canadians for Leading Edge Alzheimer Research (CLEAR): Funds dementia research and advocates for better treatment and prevention.
Regional partners:
- SafeLink Alberta Society: Supports priority populations in Calgary and southern Alberta, providing harm reduction and healthcare advocacy.
- UNITI Semiahmoo House Society: Ensures people with disabilities live meaningful and inclusive lives in their communities.
- Foodpreneur Lab: Supports underserved food entrepreneurs by dismantling barriers that prevent Black, racialized, women, and other underserved entrepreneurs from starting and scaling their food businesses.
- Centre Francophone du Grand Toronto (CFGT): Offers services to Francophones in the Greater Toronto Area, promoting inclusion and well-being.
- Accessible Housing Society: Provides accessible housing and support services for individuals with limited mobility.
- Unity Charity: Uses Hip Hop to promote mental health and well-being for youth across Canada.
PATTISON’s $1 million media grant will amplify the voices of these organizations, leveraging the power of OOH advertising to create lasting change. The media space will reach key environments across Canada, from transit to airports, ensuring that these organizations can expand their outreach and impact.
