Cloud-based digital signage software developer BroadSign International, based in Montreal, has appointed Dana Tunks chief financial officer (CFO) to oversee continued growth of the business within the digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising market.
Tunks has served as CFO of several cloud-based technology companies, leading strategic planning, guiding mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and raising capital. She also spent 23 years as a senior partner with auditing and consulting firm Ernst & Young.

We are now well-capitalized, our employee count has almost doubled and we recently moved to a new office that will accommodate future growth. We are confident in Dana’s skill set.”
