Media Resources, a sign services and manufacturing company providing patented VisioniQ indoor, and outdoor digital LED display, billboards, large format digital, printing, 3D custom creations, and installation services to the sign, advertising, and billboard industries, has joined the World Out of Home Organization (WOO).
