Marketing exec has big plans for 3-D digital signage

Magnetic 3D, which develops autostereoscopic three-dimensional (3-D) digital signage displays, has appointed Vincent Legg chief marketing officer. He is also now president of Magnetic 3D Connect, the company’s out-of-home (OOH) and experiential marketing subsidiary.
With more than 20 years’ experience in advertising and marketing—including a stint as chief operating officer (COO) and chief financial officer (CFO) of Dentsu America, where he worked with Canon, Toyota, Microsoft and other major clients—Legg became an advisor to Magnetic 3D in early 2012.
“Given his extensive track record with pre-eminent agencies and clients and the leadership he has already provided in positioning our marketing-focused subsidiary, it was only natural to have him lead the group,” says Tom Zerega, founder and CEO of Magnetic 3D. “He will now be able to implement his strategies to grow Connect into a full-service ‘glasses-free’ 3-D media company and experiential marketing agency. We want to entertain consumers in OOH locations on a massive scale.”
