The Digital Signage Federation (DSF), a not-for-profit industry association, has finalized a working relationship with the Out-of-home Video Advertising Bureau (OVAB) Europe, which will now operate as DSF Europe.
Under the agreement brokered by DSF’s immediate past chair, Ken Goldberg, and OVAB Europe’s president, Dirk Huelsermann, DSF Europe will maintain its own budget and annual agenda as an independent affiliate of DSF. By working together, they hope to drive membership and participation among multinational companies in both North America and Europe.
“This affiliation will allow us to become a much more inclusive trade organization,” says Huelsermann.
“Now is the right time to unify digital signage industry advocacy around the world,” says Goldberg, who is also CEO of Real Digital Media (RDM). “Establishing DSF Europe is just the start.”
