Ink tech support team gets new leader

Phil McGugan has been named vice-president (VP) of sales and technical support for Nazdar Ink Technologies, which formulates water- and solvent-based inks for digital wide-format printing, screenprinting and flexography.

McGugan will be responsible for more closely aligning the company’s sales, technical service and consulting service teams to ensure sufficient support is provided to customers. Nazdar Ink Answers, for example, is intended as a quick resource for customers, responding promptly when they submit questions to inkanswers@nazdar.com.

“With Phil’s leadership, I’m confident our customers will reap benefits from this new team approach,” says Richard Bowles, president.
