At the 50th anniversary gala dinner during its international trade fair in London, England, the Federation of European Screen Printers Associations (FESPA) has inaugurated Lascelle Barrow as its 15th president, marking his second tenure.

Having served his previous term from 1992 to 1996, he takes the helm again as the organization expands globally, with FESPA-branded events added in Brazil, Turkey, China and South Africa.

During his earlier tenure, Barrow was responsible for moving FESPA’s exhibition to its first stand-alone venue in Lyon, France, which significantly altered the association’s revenue model. He subsequently nurtured FESPA’s commercial success by recognizing the importance of establishing the brand in emerging markets.

“I’m proud to be given the chance to serve as president for a second time and to take office in London, my home city,” he says. “I look forward to playing an active role in helping printers worldwide to grow and improve.”
