ComQi, which develops digital signage hardware and software—including video extension devices and information technology (IT) server and media player software—for retail deployments, has appointed Rob Keve executive chair.

In his new role, Keve (pictured) will oversee ComQi’s board of directors and support its management team in global business growth efforts. He has extensive experience with retail and technology, having founded the Fizzback Group, a provider of customer feedback and customer experience management technologies for the retail sector. He has also worked with 3K Digital, Nice Group, Tufton Capital and Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Keve succeeds Ajay Chowdhury, who has stepped down to join ComQi’s advisory board.
