CFOs in transition for printer manufacturer

Vincent Pilette, chief financial officer (CFO) for wide-format printer manufacturer Electronics for Imaging (EFI), resigned effective September 3, but will remain available through the end of the quarter to help ensure a smooth transition.
In the near term, Pilette (pictured, left) will be succeeded by Marc Olin, senior vice-president (SVP) and general manager (GM) of EFI’s productivity software, as interim CFO. Chief accounting officer (CAO) Brandy Green will also assume greater financial responsibilities. Meanwhile, EFI will initiate a formal search for a new long-term CFO.
“With Marc and Brandy’s leadership, we are confident in the finance team’s ability to comprehensively support the entire organization,” says Guy Gecht, CEO. “We are grateful to Vincent for his contributions and wish him the best with his new endeavours.”
“I look forward to remaining a supporter and shareholder of EFI, which is just beginning to realize its full potential,” says Pilette.
