Canadian signage leader Carl Breau releases debut book

Industry leader Carl Breau has published Digital Diet 101: 7 Steps to Regain Peace of Mind and Focus with Les Éditions de la Francophonie, drawing on his vast experience across signage and technology sectors.
Breau is the CEO of Nummax, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of LED displays and interactive kiosks. An engineer, executive, and investor, he is a known leader, mentor, and speaker in Canada’s signage and technology sectors, with experience running technology-driven businesses operating across North America, Europe, and Asia. He also lectures at universities on international trade and is a recipient of the Canadian Council of Engineers’ Medal for Exceptional Achievement.
A practical guide
In Digital Diet 101, Breau draws on his professional and personal experience to examine digital dependency and its impact on focus and decision-making. The essay outlines practical steps such as creating technology-free zones, setting digital boundaries, establishing technology curfews, and exploring analog alternatives. The approach is presented as a structured, sustainable framework rather than a full technology withdrawal.
The book is available in print and digital formats through Les Éditions de la Francophonie’s website, AN Boutique, local booksellers, and major online platforms. A French-language edition is also available in both formats.
