A practical guide

In Digital Diet 101, Breau draws on his professional and personal experience to examine digital dependency and its impact on focus and decision-making. The essay outlines practical steps such as creating technology-free zones, setting digital boundaries, establishing technology curfews, and exploring analog alternatives. The approach is presented as a structured, sustainable framework rather than a full technology withdrawal.

The book is available in print and digital formats through Les Éditions de la Francophonie’s website, AN Boutique, local booksellers, and major online platforms. A French-language edition is also available in both formats.
