Broader sales team supports digital signage software

Montreal-based digital signage software-as-a-service (SaaS) developer BroadSign International has hired two new sales directors. Brian Marin joins the team serving the North American market, while Nicolas Ludmer takes on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Marin (pictured, left) has more than 15 years’ experience in sales. He was previously senior vice-president (SVP) of business development for Iz-On Media, which operates digital signage networks in stores and quick-service restaurants (QSRs), and co-founder and CEO of Retail Entertainment Design (RED), an in-store media agency. He joins fellow sales director Anthony Davis, who has been with BroadSign since early 2012.

Nicolas Ludmer

Ludmer spent more than five years at Harris Broadcast, most recently as digital out-of-home (DOOH) business development manager, and has 11 years’ sales experience in Europe. BroadSign has recruited him to work alongside Maarten Dollevoet, who has been with the company for more than four years.

“We predicted 2013 would bring an accelerated increase in sales and made it a point to expand our team to ensure we capture as many opportunities as possible,” says Skip Beloff, BroadSign’s vice-president (VP) of sales. “Both Brian and Nicolas possess the necessary traits to ensure our customers’ experience is of the highest calibre in the digital signage industry.”
