In most conversations about signage, the focus is on storefronts, wayfinding systems, and commercial branding. Rarely does the conversation extend to the everyday scale of a home or a residential driveway. That’s where My Address Number is carving out new ground.

With the launch of its LUMI collection, the Quebec-based company is rethinking how address displays—one of the most universal forms of signage—can be functional, design-forward, and accessible to everyone.

The collection blends sleek design, smart engineering, and local manufacturing, while staying true to a simple mission: make addresses more visible, easier to install, and effortlessly integrated into the spaces people live (and work) in.

The flagship

At the centre of the launch is LINEA HALO, a versatile, illuminated address bar designed to adapt to almost any environment. Outdoors, it elevates a home’s curb appeal while ensuring numbers are visible day or night. Indoors, it doubles as a wayfinding solution for apartment buildings, condo towers, and office spaces.

The design is intentionally clean and modern, with weather-resistant materials that perform year-round. But Linea’s standout feature is customization: users can choose acrylic numbers in three sizes—50.8 mm, 177.8mm, and 228.6 mm (2 in., 7 in., and 9 in.)—and add 50.8 mm (2 in.) letters in a layout that suits their project.

Simplicity at every step

For My Address Number, usability was key. The company developed a customization interface on its website, making it easy for customers to design their display in just a few clicks.

Installation is equally straightforward. Linea relies on a Wago connector system, paired with clear documentation, so property owners or installers can set it up without complication. When the time comes for maintenance, only the LED strip needs to be replaced. That makes the system cost-effective and long-lasting, with less waste along the way.

Sustainability built in

The product’s replaceable LED system isn’t just practical—it’s sustainable. By avoiding full-unit replacements, Linea minimizes electronic waste and extends the product’s lifecycle.

Equally important is its local production. Every component of the LUMI line is sourced and manufactured in Quebec, reducing transportation emissions and ensuring consistent quality. Supporting regional suppliers also ties the collection to a broader story of local design and craftsmanship.

Quebec ingenuity, Canadian reach

My Address Number, founded as Mon adresse civique in 2018, started with a simple idea: house numbers that marry style with function. Over time, the company expanded into mailboxes and other exterior home accessories, gradually building a reputation for design-conscious, locally made products.

In 2023, it expanded beyond Quebec, bringing its philosophy to customers across Canada. LUMI represents the next evolution—one that merges signage, lighting, and design into a single product family.

What’s next

Linea is just the beginning. The company is already developing new additions to the LUMI series, including illuminated driveway signs and wall-mounted light plates. Each will carry the same guiding principles: purposeful design, simple installation, and Quebec-made quality.

“LUMI isn’t just a lighting line—it’s a new way of thinking about and designing address displays with clarity, style, and ingenuity. And this is only the beginning,” says Patric Fontanals, founder of My Address Number. 1

With LUMI, signage moves fluidly from the commercial realm into everyday life—where it becomes both practical and personal. Numbers may be universal, but each sign carries a personal story, anchoring the home it represents.
