PRINTING United Alliance launches AI consulting division

PRINTING United Alliance has launched a new division dedicated to helping printing companies adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI). The new PRINTING AI Consulting Services will offer industry-specific guidance on integrating AI into business operations, from planning to implementation.

Amy Servi-Bonner has been appointed vice president of consulting–Applied AI & Printing Technology- to lead the division. She brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership and consulting, with expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP), digital transformation, and AI strategy. Servi-Bonner holds an executive degree in AI Strategy and Governance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Webster University.

What it includes

The consulting division will provide services including:

  • AI readiness and strategy development
  • ERP/MIS transformation advisory
  • Copilot and productivity workshops
  • AI proof of concept and pilot programs
  • Cybersecurity and compliance
  • Fractional leadership support
  • OEM and vendor partnership programs

The team will be available at PRINTING United Expo 2025, October 22–24 in Orlando, Fla., at the new PRINTING AI Pavilion. The pavilion will feature live demonstrations, educational sessions, and resources on AI applications in print production, business management, and workflow optimization.

A new blog

The Alliance has also introduced a dedicated PRINTING AI website and a new blog, Ink to AI, where Servi-Bonner will share industry updates and practical insights.
