VENDO Media expands OOH footprint through two partnerships

VENDO Media has expanded its national out-of-home (OOH) advertising network through two strategic developments: a new sales representation agreement with G3 Media and the acquisition of a 50 per cent partnership interest in Nova Scotia-based 902 Sign Group Ltd.
G3 Media
VENDO Media will be the exclusive sales representative for G3 Media’s digital and static billboard inventory across Canada, excluding Quebec. The agreement follows G3 Media’s acquisition of more than 665 billboards from Bell Media in key markets including Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Sherbrooke, and Trois-Rivières.
G3 Media is a Quebec-based company founded by Sébastien McQuade in partnership with investor Luc Poirier. The recent asset acquisition from Bell significantly increases the company’s footprint in Ontario and Quebec.
“This opportunity to go to market with the combined assets of G3 and VENDO is an incredible one for both parties and the media buying community,” said Sylvio Deluca, president of VENDO Media. “Together, we now present a formidable OOH option with coverage in all major and secondary markets—utilizing digital and static formats.”
902 Sign Group
VENDO Media has also acquired a 50 per cent interest in 902 Sign Group Ltd., a local operator with four digital billboards in Sydney, North Sydney, Sydney River, and Glace Bay, N.S. The partnership took effect on April 30, 2025.
“Our capital investment into this partnership supports our aligned objectives to strategically grow the Atlantic Canadian region,” said James McDonnell, CEO of VENDO. “The 902 Sign Group are exceptional operators, and we are proud to partner with their team.”
Marc Botte, principal of 902 Sign Group, said the deal allows the company to maintain its community-focused approach while expanding its market reach. “We’re happy to have a partner that shares our commitment to providing local businesses a high-quality, affordable advertising option,” he said. With this development, VENDO owns and operates 75 digital billboards in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
