Digital signage doubly honoured

Digital signage hardware, software and service provider RMG Networks has been honoured as ‘network operator of the year’ by the Digital Screenmedia Association (DSA) and has won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

“RMG’s networks are models of effectiveness for what digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising can be,” says David Drain, executive director of DSA.

“The DSA award is validation of our team’s efforts to deliver place-based content that reaches audiences where they are most receptive,” says Garry McGuire, CEO of RMG.

The Queen’s Award, meanwhile, recognizes businesses in the U.K. for their accomplishments in international trade, an area where RMG’s corporate model has focused heavily. In 2012, for example, the company served clients across 49 different countries.

“Many of our employees are multilingual, allows us to work effectively with organizations worldwide,” explains Daniel Horgan, managing director of RMG.
