Mimaki’s 1.6-m (64-in.) wide JV300-160 eco-solvent-based inkjet printer features newly developed printheads in a staggered configuration with an optimized waveform for precise dot control.

A nozzle check unit (NCU) looks for potential printhead nozzle outages between file runs, while a nozzle recovery system (NRS) ensures continuous operations by assigning working nozzles until outages can be cleared.

Further, Mimaki Advanced Pass System 3 (MAPS3) anti-banding technology and variable drop sizes help ensure precise image quality throughout the printing process.
