1. The Look Company (TLC), based in Innisfil, Ont., received three 2016 FESPA awards honouring its branded graphics for the 2015 World Men’s Handball Championship in Doha, Qatar.

2. Following a successful ‘wrap-around’ video wall deployment at a new CAA concept store that opened in April 2015 in Burlington, Ont., the organization has now rolled out the same technology at other branches.

3. Signarama Canada launched a new program to encourage military veterans to become franchisees within its system. The first successful applicant’s franchise fee will be waived, while subsequent entrants will enjoy substantially reduced fees.

4. Pattison Outdoor Advertising installed the first promotional wrap on one of the TTC’s new, longer and more accessible ‘Flexity’ streetcars. The nearly 30-m (100-ft) long graphics advertise Volvo’s award-winning XC90 truck.

5. The Digital Signage Federation (DSF), a not-for-profit industry association, has finalized a working relationship with the Out-of-home Video Advertising Bureau (OVAB) Europe, which will now operate as DSF Europe.
