We were off to a good start, and it continued to be a work in progress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the industry became shocked by recent events, and we found ourselves in the midst of a pandemic that challenged our day-to-day business operations, we immediately called our team together from all over the country,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Dyar said the team knew they needed to act quickly, and they had to focus on creating sign-related content as well as its accumulation, not perfection.
